you in scheduling the person you requested for your next

Please include dates, times and type of event
you are hosting, in your invitation (if you have
flexibility with your dates, include that
information as well, in the event that your first
choice is not available).
Due to the volume of requests and currently
scheduled events, Letters of Invitation submitted by
fax or mail will be accepted (No emails please).
All responses to Letters of Invitations will be
handled by phone or fax.
